Parking in a safe and flat area. Proper parking method can ensure that the vehicle is fixed to prevent accidental slip:

• Park the vehicle steadily, press the P gear button on the shift lever, the electronic handbrake is activated.
• Open the door and the electronic handbrake is activated automatically.
• Confirm the handbrake activation indicator light (P) is on before leaving.
• Confirm that all windows are closed, carry the key and lock all doors.

• When shifting into D or R gear, gently press the brake pedal to automatically release the handbrake.
• When shifting into N gear, the handbrake will be automatically released.
• Check and confirm that the handbrake activation indicator light (P) is off.

Click Settings-PowerOff-P to manually release the handbrake.

If the service brake fails, press the P button for a long time to activate the dynamic emergency brake. Release the P button and exit the dynamic emergency braking.
